Clinical Consultation

I help new and experienced therapists attract ideal clients and turn any professional self-doubt into new wisdom and earned confidence.

Though many therapists needlessly doubt their ability, self-doubt is not always just about perfectionism.

No matter how skilled we are, we have real questions at times, important ones that need answering.

What if you had a framework that:

  • helped you answer most questions that come up over and over again and repeatedly cause uncertainty in your work?
  • informed you how to set up your entire clinical work system, from the first phone call to endings and everything in between, in a way that consistently sets you and your clients up for success?
  • effectively helped you reign in the part of your self-doubt that is solely based in perfectionism, and use that to your advantage in helping clients?

Family Systems consultation provides this framework and is compatible with any modalities you use.

With systems thinking, questions and issues that arise over and over can be answered once and for all. Premature client endings will cease.

Every therapist says to me, ” Oh yeah, I know Family Systems.”

But the truth is you don’t benefit from it unless you are looking at the relationship between you and your client as a system, with all its predictable downfalls.

Let’s walk this walk together.

Lisa DeLuca, Therapist, Coach and Consultant

Family Systems consultation helps you build deep trust in the therapist-client relationship, which we know the outcome data show is what matters the most. It does this by purposefully creating the structure and self-examination at the heart of that.

We examine countertransference through the same lens you can teach clients to examine their transference, if you choose, so it gives you another tool in the toolbox.

For those wishing to go deeper (in order to stay ahead of their clients or simply for more personal and professional growth) there is an opportunity for Therapist’s Own Family (TOF) work as well.

I received this training all throughout my years of practice and it was the best investment I made in what turned out to be a thriving and full clinical practice for decades. It also made me a better human, increased my capacity for joy and allowed me to open my heart more in life and in work, giving me a richer experience of both.

Cost: $225 to $250 for 60 minutes
