Heal Your Relationship in Couples Therapy (with or without your partner present)
You can feel more deeply connected in your relationships, resolve conflict and express yourself more fully by attending counseling as a couple (or even by yourself). I specialize in couples therapy and can also help you with any relationship, whether it is with your significant other, parent, boss or child.
Get Relief from Chronic Stress, High Anxiety, Panic Attacks, & Agoraphobia (Fear of Going Places)
Panic attacks and high anxiety can often be successfully treated in 16 weeks with manualized CBT treatment. I offer one of the only programs of this type on the East End. Call me to determine which type of treatment is right for you.
See Changes You Are Going Through In A New Light
Are you stuck? Do you feel like you need a jumpstart? Are you feeling depressed, anxious, conflicted, unseen, overburdened, or unsettled? People often don't realize that a pile up of losses, stressors, or changes will lead to many uncomfortable feelings. Therapy can help. Call me. You will be glad you did.
Experience More Joy, Less Stress, and Deeper Connections in Your Life
Take a pause and create some breathing space. Re-discover joy and take time for what matters most to you. Learn how to release stress and anxiety and find more insight, peace and ease by applying the principles of Mindfulness Meditation. Ask me about group or individual mindfulness and meditation training.
It's never, ever too late to gain the clarity you seek and live the life you want.
I work from a strengths perspective, meaning that what you need is already inside of you. I help you find and express it.
I approach therapy as a collaborative relationship that allows for a deeper level of understanding than can be reached when people get “stuck inside their own heads.” Going over it again and again in your mind can leave you feeling alone and stuck.
Through interaction there can be movement, clarity, healing, better relationships and a more satisfying experience of one’s life in the world.
